Cancellation Policy

Cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the full amount. Rescheduling appointments to be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. DNA's will result in a invoice of the full appointment amount. Exceptions will made made at the Physiotherapist discretion for reasons such as illness, child illness, travel concerns etc.
